LuskinOIC is a leading nonprofit organization in Los Angeles dedicated to providing pediatric orthopedic care to all children, regardless of their financial situation. In recent years, LuskinOIC refreshed their branding and updated their website. However, over time, they found that the site was confusing and not very user-friendly. To better serve their audience, they sought a website redesign that would enhance clarity, improve usability, and reflect a modern, visually appealing design.
The project faced several obstacles:
1. Identified three key user groups: patient parents, donors, and event sponsors
2. Worked with another designer to reorganize key information from the existing site
3. Simplified the design by removing unnecessary pages and highlighting essential content
4. After the initial launch, switched from Contentful CMS to Webflow for better control
5. Created designs in Figma and implemented them directly into Webflow
